Privacy notice
This notice covers the details you send us through the demo request form. It is written under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).
Last updated 22 October 2026.
Who the data user is
Aencor, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is the data user for the personal data described here. You can reach us through the demo request form on this site; we publish no email address on this website.
What the form collects
The fields you fill in:
- Full name, work email and company, which are required.
- Role, phone, products of interest and what you would like to see, which are optional.
- Your agreement to be contacted about the request.
Recorded with the request, and not asked for on the form: the connection address your request arrives from and the hostname of this site, both kept for abuse handling. The connection address is also passed to Cloudflare as part of the human check below.
Why we hold it
To respond to your request and arrange the walk-through you asked for. We use it for nothing else, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone else for their own purposes.
Where it is stored, and who sees it
The record is stored in AWS Malaysia, in the same region as the rest of our platform. It is received and read by Aencor staff.
How long we keep it
Up to twelve months after you submit it. After that it is removed by our operator's pruning run, and it can be removed earlier if you ask. Each request is also sent by email to the Aencor staff who handle demos, and those copies stay in their mailboxes until they are dealt with.
The human check
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which decides whether a submission came from a person rather than a script. Cloudflare receives your connection address and may set a cookie on its own domain, challenges.cloudflare.com, as part of that check. Your name, email, company and message are not sent to Cloudflare.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics. The only cookie in play is the Cloudflare one described above, which belongs to Cloudflare's domain rather than ours.
Asking us to delete your details
Send the request through the same form and say what you would like removed; an Aencor operator deletes the record. You may also ask us to correct anything that is wrong; we do that by deleting the record so you can submit it again.
